Sex on a first date
There are so many write-ups about sex on a first date. Everyone has their own perspective about how a first date should look like. There are people who think that you should wait to sleep with someone new until it’s been longer than a few days or months that you’ve known them, while others believe sleeping with someone on a first date is not a bad thing.
I conducted an interview with several people and here is what I got;
Anonymous “When you finally leave the bar and start to get physical, you can finally relax! Obviously, you’re both letting your guard down, so you get a glimpse into what the person is like all the time, and not just their weird, first date-self”
From Ogene “Everyone opinion will be different you can ask elsewhere but as for me, if I’m dating a girl online for several months and she’s planning to come visit me; sex will always be on my mind. Conji na Bastard…. but i think it is not proper for a girl to go to a guy for the first time and have sex. I have a friend, he likes woman a lot and makes sure any woman that enters his room for the first time he must sex her; he is a playboy and very good at convincing women to sleep with them. Once he have sex with any girl, he calls them cheap and dump them. Unfortunately, there is this girl he wanted to do same with but she never allowed him and stood her grounds; he felt that day but now he’s so much in love with the girl. If you visit a guy for the first time and he sleeps with you, there is a very high tendency that you’ll be a sex doll and nothing more.”
From Jessica “Depends on you and how well you know him; for me, first time is too cheap, it’s nonsense, no respect. You make him feel you’re too cheap and he disrespect you.”
From Charles “There is nothing wrong in sleeping with a guy on the first date: no matter how you hide am, he go still enter you.”
Anonymous “Once you sleep with someone, you’ve surpassed that weird first-date zone. You’ve bonded, so to speak, at least to the level that you’re comfortable seeing each other naked, which hey, isn’t nothing. From there, the later texts and hang out sessions are just easier. After you’ve gotten down and dirty together, there’s less of a sense that you have to beat around the bush if you want to see them again.”
I have seen relationships with sex on the first date that actually worked out at the end and i have seen relationships with no sex on the first date and it never worked out. Whether you have sex on a first date or not; if the relationship is not working, forcing it would only harm you the more.
Please feel no shame about having sex on a first date and satisfying your needs. As long as you’re safe about it, there’s absolutely no harm.
If your relationship must work out, you’ll have to fight for it.
